VIPink! Event, Benefiting Bright Pink

I was honored to be asked to be the wardrobe sylist in the "Style Closet", for the second year in a row, at the VIPink! event at Westfield, Mission Valley Shopping Center

The events main goal?  To raise money for Bright Pink, a non-profit organizaton founded in my hometown of Chicago, IL.  Bright Pink is the only national non-profit organization focusing on the prevention and early detection of breast and ovarian cancer in young women, while providing support for high-risk individuals.  VIPink weekend may be over, but you can still check out Bright Pink's website to see how you can give back to the organization that is doing so much for our young woman.  Go Bright Pink!!

In preperation for the event, I made an appearance on KUSI San Diego news to talk about fashion trends, the VIPink event and Bright Pink.  Here's a little collage from that fun morning.  Big thanks to KUSI and the beautiful models for a great segment.

The event was so much fun! It was full of fabulously fashionably men and woman, music, models, fashion, sips, bites & so much more.  No better way to raise money, for a great cause, right?

I had a blast in the "style closet" with my super awesome assistant, Alicia, showcasing all the latest trends for this Spring/Summer.

What are the must haves this Spring/Summer? Neons, soft pastels and my personal favorite, the black/white duo.  That's right, black & white is still around and more powerful than ever!  Add some fierce icy pastels or pretty pinks to the duo, and you'll be unstopable down the runway way of life, AKA-The grocery store aisles, school hallways, work hallways.....you get the idea, ha.

Until next time.......

xo,

Shahnaz

Most of the students cannot pay their full attention while taking online classes as the teacher who transfers the lecture cannot focus on the moods of all the students so that some students did not pay their full attention to the course.
